For instance all Hobart Bar Aid models include a class A air gap, in built water softeners, one button control systems making them incredibly simple to operate, in built drain and detergent & rinse aid pumps, easy clean designs and stainless steel construction to prolong life and ensure cycle after cycle of perfect glass washing.

But above all, the characteristics of the Hobart Bar Aid range which holds these machines above other commercial dish washers and commercial glass washers is their focus on being incredibly economic to run and, therefore, exceptionally environmentally friendly.

For instance all commercial dishwashers in the Hobart Bar Aid range use a double skinned construction, which helps keep heat in the machine, reducing running costs and making the units safer to handle. The Hobart Bar Aid Pass through machine has a four-sided hood. This is a very big deal for any hood type dishwasher let alone for a hood dishwasher at this price point. It means a separate extraction canopy is not required; heat and steam are trapped in the hood. To further improve energy efficiency the unit regenerates this steam trapped in the hood to help heat the machine. This reduces the running costs, as less electricity is required to keep the unit at operational temperatures.

The Hobart Bar Aid range of commercial dishwashers and commercial glass washers are all designed to run on 2.5 litres of fresh water per cycle. This saves up to 30% on other similar commercial dishwashers on water, energy, detergent and rinse aid costs.
